Tsaghkunk Restaurant & Glkhatun

Tsaghkunk Restaurant & Glkhatun is a culinary destination in the village of Tsaghkunk, Gegharkunik Province, Armenia. Established in 2021 as part of the Gagarin Project, the restaurant aims to support Armenian rural communities while offering a culinary and cultural experience deeply rooted in regional traditions. 

The restaurant’s menu, crafted by chef Arevik Martirosyan, showcases Armenian cuisine reimagined with contemporary flair. Dishes feature endemic products from Lake Sevan and the surrounding area, including fish, meat, wild herbs, and berries. The à la carte menu changes seasonally to highlight natural flavors of the time.
