I placed the order at 5:37 PM and was told it would arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours. Instead, it arrived only at 7:46 PM.
Because of your irresponsible service, the children were left hungry during a birthday celebration, and I had to rush to the shop and prepare food myself. There was no compensation and no real responsibility taken. The only person apologising was the delivery woman, even though it was clearly not her fault.
This level of service is unacceptable. After ruining part of a child’s birthday, I will never order from you again.
