Vostan Restaurant

”Vostan” restaurant opened its doors at 8 Abovyan Street on May 20, 2017. The main focus should be on the restaurant building, which is one of the most beautiful buildings in Yerevan, built by architect Vasili Mirzoyan in 1884. The building stood empty for a long time, with no hope of restoration. The oldest and most beautiful part of the building is the door of the building, next to which neither tourists nor locals pass indifferently. The building has been renovated while maintaining its architectural solutions, such as staircases, floor mosaics, beautiful windows, and other old elements.

The large yard at the back of the building has become a beautiful place in the center of the city, which has apricot trees, tonir (an oven in the form of a deep round hole in the ground), renovated old Armenian balconies, and benches, where you can spend pleasant evenings, especially during summer. After the renovation, the building came to life and remained a cultural heritage of Yerevan city.
